There are three ways to solve the problem that the weightlessness feeder can not be overloaded.

First, to reduce the impact of ore on weightlessness feeder, the traditional method is to reduce the obliquity of the back wall of the silo through experiments according to the specific conditions of each unit, but this method will make the material slide slowly and have adverse effects on production, so that on the one hand it will not affect production, on the other hand it can solve the impact problem. The grain size of ore in the feeding bin should be limited, if it must be less than 800 mm, and the thickness of the rear part of the weightless feeder should also be required, if it must be more than 1 meter.

Secondly, the impact resistance of the weightless feeder can be enhanced by strengthening the support beam of the rear part of the weightless feeder and the impact resistance of the rear slide rail of the weightless feeder.

Thirdly, it can also be improved by checking the starting ability of the main motor of the weightless feeder. After general force analysis, the results show that the main reason why the weightless feeder can not start with heavy load is that the starting torque of the main motor of the weightless feeder does not match the load torque. Therefore, the main motor of the weightless feeder has been replaced. The main motor of the weightless feeder can be selected, which is economical and can meet the requirements of heavy-duty start-up.
