Control of automatic gravimetric feeding machine

If the feeding is carried out intermittently (for example, the dissolution of PVA in the production of vinylon, the dissolution of nylon in the polyamide production, etc.), the quantitative feeding is carried out automatically or manually with the aid of a weighing scale, if the feeding is carried out continuously (for example, the water washing section of the vinylon production to the dissolving machine PVA), in order to feed the feeder in a balanced way. The feed amount of time should be kept constant, so automatic control of gravimetric feeder quantity is needed. First, the principle of this automatic gravimetric feeding machine

PVA, which is planted in the basin conveyor belt from the middle of PVA, has a unit length of Q (kg/m). Obviously, the weight of this unit length t is related to the material position in PVA. When the material position is high, the drop material will be more, the material layer is thicker, the Q is larger, and on the contrary, the Q is smaller. As shown in Figure 2. 13, the speed of feeding in the middle slot is synchronized with the metering conveyor. When the speed of the conveyor belt is two (two /min), the speed of the feeder is fast and the material is too much. Therefore, it is considered that the thickness of the material layer on the conveyor belt, that is, the heavy basin of the unit length Q, is not affected by the speed and speed of the transmission belt.
